Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information KollabGo ("we", "us") collects when we work with creators and brands, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@kollabgo.com.

What we collect

• Public creator information: your name or handle, public profile details, follower counts and the public statistics of your posts (for example views and likes), taken from the platforms where you publish, including through the YouTube API Services.
• Chat information: your WhatsApp number, the messages you exchange with us and the language you use.
• Deal information: the offers, agreed fee, deliverables and the links to the posts you make for a campaign.
• Payment information: the payout details you give us to get paid (for example a UPI ID or bank details).
• Link clicks: when someone opens a campaign link, we record the time, the referring website and a shortened one-way hash of the browser type. We do not store IP addresses for clicks.
• Brand contacts: names and contact details of people we work with at brands.

How we use it

• To find creators who fit a brand's campaign and send them an offer.
• To agree, record and manage deals, and to answer questions.
• To measure how campaign posts perform and report the results to the brand.
• To pay creators.
• To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We use AI to help: chat replies are read and drafted with an AI model, within limits set by us and the brand. A person on our team takes over when a question or amount needs one. Fees and payments are decided by fixed rules, never by the AI alone.

Who we share it with

• The brand running the campaign: your public profile, the agreed deal and your post results.
• Service providers that run parts of our service for us: Meta (WhatsApp Business messaging), Anthropic (AI model), Google (YouTube API Services), payment providers that send payouts, and our hosting provider. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

Our use of YouTube data is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Messages

We message creators on WhatsApp about paid collaborations. You can ask us to stop at any time and we won't message you again. In countries that require prior consent for commercial messages, we only message you after you agree.

How long we keep it

We keep deal, chat and payment records for as long as needed to run the deal and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties (usually up to 7 years for payment records). Public profile information for creators we never worked with is deleted or refreshed when no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. See how to delete your data, or write to hello@kollabgo.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Security and transfers

Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to people who need it. Our service providers may process data in other countries; we use providers that protect it to a standard at least as high as this policy.

Children

We only work with creators who are adults where they live, or who act through a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
