These terms apply when you work with KollabGo as a creator or a brand. Questions: hello@kollabgo.com.

Deals

• Each deal is offered and agreed in a chat with us. The chat records the fee, the deliverables and any deadlines.
• A deal is agreed only when both sides clearly accept the same fee and deliverables in the chat.
• Either side may decline an offer. Once agreed, changes need agreement from both sides in the chat.

Creators

• Post the agreed content on the agreed platform, and keep it public for the agreed time.
• Mark the post as a paid partnership or ad as the platform and local law require.
• Only post content you have the right to use, that is honest about the product and follows the platform's rules.
• Give accurate payout details. We pay the agreed fee after the agreed content is live, through a local payment method.

Brands

• Give accurate information about the product and campaign, and only ask for content that is lawful.
• Fund the campaign budget as agreed with us.

Automated assistance

Some of our chat messages are written with the help of an automated AI assistant, overseen by our team. If you ask, we'll tell you whether you are talking to the assistant.

Ending

We may stop working with anyone who breaks these terms or acts dishonestly. Agreed payments for content already delivered under these terms are still paid.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for the content creators publish or the products brands sell.

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Deals already agreed keep the terms agreed in their chat.
